I’m a philosopher and a post Jungian analyst. I earned my Bachelor in Philosophy at Milan, Italy (1994) and a Master Degree in Religious Studies at São Paulo (Brazil). I lived most of my life, returning to Brazil, my home country when I was 30. In Italy, I achieved my training in psychoanalysis in the field of theory and practice of Silvia Montefoschi.

Because of my wonderful experience giving birth at home to my daughter, Beatriz (in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), I engaged in the international movement for the humanization of birth (which is respected, gentle, conscious and active birth). In 2001, I founded a website about birth and 2 years later a non profit: The Friends of Birth Organization (www.amigasdoparto.org). In 2007, I launched online course for the Portuguese and Spanish community all around the world (www.cursosamigasdoparto.com).

I published three books, in Portuguese and Spanish, and more are coming out soon:
