This is Anne Hathaway/Kim in the movie “Rachel Getting Married“ questioning her mother.

“But you were good to him…”.

“I was a fucking addict!!!“ Says Anne/Kim, and lists the quite clear signals of her dependency at the time. She is in rehabilitation now and in the process of assuming her responsibilities. It’s time to question her mother. The latter is lost, doesn’t want to face and eventually punches her daughter in the eye (the eye that opened and saw!), who responds slapping her back. And Anne/Kim leaves.
